Event Overview

The Rim Rumble is Core Edge Basketball’s all-day youth basketball showcase, designed to bring together players, families, coaches, and supporters from across our organization. This full-day event will feature skills stations, friendly scrimmages, contests, and community activities that highlight the growth and character of our young athletes.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to help create a safe, positive, and energetic environment for all participants.

Who Can Volunteer

This event is open to everyone in the organization, including:

• Parents and guardians
• Family members and friends
• Coaches and staff
• Older players and alumni
• Supporters of Core Edge Basketball

You are welcome to volunteer for the entire day or select specific time blocks that fit your schedule.

Volunteer Roles

Volunteers are essential to running The Rim Rumble smoothly. Roles may include:

• Event Check-In & Welcome
  Greet participants and guests, manage sign-in tables, distribute wristbands or name tags, and provide basic event information.
• Court & Station Support
  Assist coaches at skill stations, help organize drill lines, track rotations, and ensure players are in the right place at the right time.
• Scorekeeping & Timekeeping
  Keep score for scrimmages and contests, manage game clocks, and help with basic game-day administrative tasks.
• Set-Up Crew
  Arrive early to help set up courts, tables, chairs, signage, equipment,
